Two programs that you might need (or, on the otherhand, they may already be
installed on the PC that you are using):
- pkunzip to "unzip" files with a .zip
extension (this is a DOS command line program).
- Acrobat reader (to view PDF files) is available for free download from
Adobe HERE.
