Applying for Graduation
Congratulations if you are ready to graduate! In order to graduate you must complete two forms, which are:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduation Application and
- Bachelor's Certification Check List
These forms are provided by the College and can be found here.
Once you have completed these two forms, please take them to Ms. Blanchard in ENB 342 for an initial review and signature. After meeting with Ms. Blanchard, you must meet with the Department Advisor (Dr. Tindell) for a final review and signature. Dr. Tindell will verify that the classes you have registered for in your last semester will complete your graduation requirements.
You must complete the form and have obtained signatures from Ms. Blanchard and Dr. Tindell before the Departmental graduation deadline. Failure to meet the deadline can jeopardize your graduation date. The Departmental deadline for Fall 2009 graduation is Friday, July 24, 2009 at 5pm.

NOTE: Students expecting to earn two degrees must complete one set of forms for each degree (that is, two sets of forms). |
