Applying for Graduation
Congratulations if you are ready to graduate! In order to graduate you must complete two forms, which are:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduation Application and
- Bachelor's Certification Check List
These forms are provided by the College and can be found here.
Once you have completed these two forms, you must meet with the Department Advisor (Dr. Tindell) for a final review and signature. Dr. Tindell will verify that the classes you have registered for in your last semester will complete your graduation requirements. You will then be directed to take the forms to Ms. Blanchard in ENB 342 for final submission and further processing by the Department.
You must complete the form and have obtained a signature from the Department Advisor before the Departmental graduation deadline. Failure to meet the deadline can jeopardize your graduation date. The Departmental deadlines for 2012 are: October 31, 2011 for Spring 2012 graduation, March 18, 2012 for Summer 2012 graduation, and March 18, 2012 for Fall 2012 graduation (the summer and fall graduation application deadlines are the same).

NOTE: Students expecting to earn two degrees must complete one set of forms for each degree (that is, two sets of forms).
