Applying for Graduation

Congratulations if you are ready to graduate! In order to graduate you must complete two forms, which are:

• Graduate Degree Graduation Application

• Graduate Certification Check List

These forms are provided by the College and can be found here

Once you have completed these two forms, (including signatures), please take them to Theresa in ENB 342D . Remember, you MUST have a committee form and a Plan of Work on file in order to graduate.

You must complete the form and have obtained signatures of your major professor BEFORE the Departmental graduation deadline. Failure to meet the deadline can jeopardize your graduation date.
